Publication History

The journal Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai Engineering was founded in Reșița in 1994 under the name Analele Universităţii "Eftimie Murgu", Fascicula de Inginerie, ISSN 1453-7397. Since 2005 it got an international dimension, appearing in English language and published papers until 2019.

Since 2020 the journal name is Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai Engineering.

Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai Engineering is the journal of the Faculty of Engineering and publishes the results of fundamental and experimental research in all engineering domains, encouraging an interdisciplinary approach. The main proposed topics are:

The objective of Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai Engineering is to provide an international forum to exchange ideas among researchers and practitioners from different parts of world.

Original research that has significance in any engineering domain is suitable for publishing. Papers that belong to the category Original article are preferred, while Review articles are published only by invitation.

To achieve a good visibility, the journal is indexed in relevant International databases, such as, EBSCO, DOAJ, RePEc, ProQuest, Index Copernicus, OAJI, Academic Journal Data Base, Worldcat.
