Abstract

On April 17, 2015, the Government of Romania and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) signed the Loan Agreement No 8481-RO on the implementation of the Romania Secondary Education Project (ROSE), in Washington. ROSE is a project financed from a loan of 200 million euros by (BIRD), which contributes to reducing the dropout in secondary and tertiary education and to increasing the rate of passing the baccalaureate exam. We intend, through this article, to evaluate the results of the project from the perspective of one of the sub-projects implemented by the Faculty of European Studies, within the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, between 2019 and 2022.
