DE LA TERMINOLOGIE IDEOLOGIQUE : ENTRE LOGICIELS ET PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE

On ideological terminology: between software and intellectual property - This article analyses the domain of open source software upon a terminological level by trying to understand the ideological value of concepts expressed by the main terms of such an economic trend. Thanks to Stallman and Raymond, new terms have been appearing in order to represent development models chosen by FLOSS (free/libre open source software) and describe shared principles. Cathedral, bazaar and other specialised neologisms found their French equivalents in user-generated on-line texts.
REZUMAT. Cu privire la terminologia ideologică : între programe informatice și proprietate intelectuală. Acest articol analizează domeniul software-ului open source la nivel terminologic, încercând să înțeleagă valoarea ideologică a conceptelor exprimate prin principalii termeni ai unei astfel de tendințe economice. Datorită lui Stallman și Raymond, au apărut noi termeni pentru a reprezenta modelele de dezvoltare alese de FLOSS (software open source libere / liber) și pentru a descrie principiile comune. Catedrala, bazarul și alte neologisme specializate și-au găsit echivalentele în textele on-line generate de utilizatori.
